Brazilian construction company Odebrecht has begun building an east-west return at the intersection of the Ortega y Gasset and John F. Kennedy avenues bypass in Santo Domingo, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Public Works. The solution, which will allow westbound vehicles to return to their previous direction, is aimed at easing traffic flow in the city’s commercial center. This system is similar to one installed in front of Agora Mall.
