Avoid traveling on Santo Domingo’s 27 de Febrero Avenue around the Privada intersection, on the western side. The public works for solutions aimed at easing southbound traffic flow are scheduled for completion by November 2015. Although business in the area will be affected, local business owners acknowledged that they also stood to benefit most once the construction is completed.
