The Ministry of Public Administration has announced the launch of an online facility for citizens to make observations on the quality of public services received. The National Observatory of the Quality of Public Services is an online space designed to motivate public participation to help monitor, research and analyze the quality of government services. A complete listing of government services is provided with contact information, the legal base of the institution, and the services that are offered.
