Casa de Campo is inviting to participate in its three-day Food & Wine Festival 2015 with the participation of prestigious international and local chefs. These include Chef Anthony Masas (Casa de Campo), Chef Xabier Gutierrez (Restaurante Arzak, San Sebastian) and Chef Saverio Stassi (Restaurante Pat’e Palo, Santo Domingo) 21 to 23 August 2015. Casa de Campo, La Romana. Anthony Masas is executive chef at Casa de Campo. He has trained with renowned Spanish chefs Martin Berasategui, Carmen Ruscalleda and Ferran Adria.
