Best known for salsa and bolero concerts, Latin Grammy award winner and Puerto Rican bandleader Gilberto Santa Rosa announces a tribute to Dominican merengue stars on Friday, 21 August 2015 at the Nuryn Sanlley amphitheater in Santo Domingo. Guest performers will be Frank Cruz, Joseito Mateo and Vinicio Franco.
