The Police released a video yesterday, Thursday, 17 September 2015, showing two men who carried out an armed robbery at a hardware store, La Nueva Generacion en Plomeria in the Santo Domingo neighborhood of 27 de Febrero on Tuesday, 15 September 2015. The robbers, who arrived at the store on a motorcycle, killed 32-year old manager Roberson Senatus, a Haitian national. Only the manager and the cashier were on the premises. The video shows the robbery in process after two men on a motorcycle stops near the store. One of the men, wearing in a blue polo shirt and gray cap, gets off and goes into the hardware store. The other man, wearing a helmet, waits outside. The video shows the moment when the man holds up the store and takes the manager and cashier’s cell phones and shoots Senatus.
The Police said it has gone public with the video in order to find the killers.
