The Dominican Telecommunications Institute (Indotel) says that telecom providers should roll over unused minutes from one month to the next, and will be encouraging companies to introduce this measure.
The regulatory body is asking telephone service providers to explain why they don’t roll over the minutes. Indotel acknowledges there is a very wide range of plans available in the country and not all use the rollover facility.
