A US citizen died in southwestern city of Bani after using a sexual stimulant, according to the Police. Police spokesman Maximo Baez Aybar said that 34-year old Francisco Alonso Mejia who lived in the United States was on vacation here when he died. He was found in a serious condition at Av. Fabio Herrera No. 47 in Las Marias, Bani and died shortly after receiving medical care at the city public hospital, Hospital Nuestra Senora de Regla. His brother, Angel Manuel Mejia, said that the deceased had returned to spend a few days in the country and died after swallowing a sexual stimulant known as “piedra china” or “Chinese stone.’ The substance is for external use only. The forensic examiner established the cause of death as respiratory shock after ingesting the sexual stimulant. The stimulant is banned in the US and Europe.
