The National Botanical Gardens is inviting the public to the XI National Festival of Plants and Flowers tomorrow, Friday, 30 October and Saturday, 1 November 2015. This is a good opportunity to purchase ornamental plants and flowers at bargain prices, and to talk to gardening and horticulture specialists.
