The Central Cibao Regional Command of the National Police reported the arrest of three individuals in Santiago and in Gaspar Hernandez, Espaillat province. Fifty nine cloned credit cards and debit cards were seized from the suspects.
Those arrested were identified as 38-year old Guillermo Avelino Luciano, 32-year old Gilberto Contreras Bonilla and 27-year old Jose Inoa Ivan Torres.
