Serbia and the Dominican Republic signed a Memorandum of Understanding relating to commercial air transport at the ICAO Air Services Negotiation Event (ICAN 2015) that took place through 23 October 2015 in Antalya, Turkey. The two sides said the Memorandum will be followed up by an Air Services Agreement. In the document, Air Serbia has been named as the designated carrier for potential scheduled and charter flights between the two countries.
