If you hit or are hit by a motorcyclist, you’d better have full coverage insurance. The former president of the Insurance Brokers’ Association (Adocose) Jeanidalia Guzman says that 90% of motorcyclists are using the roads without any kind of insurance coverage. She says this is a consequence of the government’s failure to enforce the law.
“It is the authorities that do not make it obligatory for motorcyclists to have insurance coverage despite them being involved in 80% of traffic accidents in the country,” said Guzman in a press release.
