A Santiago court has ordered one year’s pre-trial detention at Rafey Jail for 46-year old Domingo Hinojosa Ceballos, who returned from Boston and admitted responsibility for the fatal shooting of 53-year old Antonio Castillo de la Rosa on 15 December 2015. As reported, Hinojosa was enraged after Castillo’s truck scraped his SUV. He fled to Boston, but returned on Friday, 18 December to turn himself in to the Police after investigators identified him and issued an arrest warrant. Castillo is the father of former Miss Universe Dominican Republic Kimberly Castillo.
