The Tax Agency (DGII) reports that the company income tax percentage in the Dominican Republic for 2016 will be 27%.
The DGII also established the 18% tax on service and goods. It has also increased the taxes on dairy products, oils, sugar products and cacao and sugar products to 18%, in line with Law 253-12.
