Torre Stanza is a leader in renewable-energy friendly apartment complexes in the Dominican Republic. The building includes chargers for electrical vehicles. The common areas are powered by solar energy. The system was developed by Solar Mobility, said promoter Peter Weinerth. The company is developing its second sustainable building after the sales success of its first Torre Stanza. There are 120 solar panels on the roof. The building has 28 apartments with three bedrooms, walk-in closets and 3.5 bathrooms.
