According to director Rafael Ovalles, the Professional Technical Training Institute (INFOTEP) reached a milestone in its history yesterday, Tuesday, 19 January 2016 with its first national graduation ceremony at Santo Domingo’s Felix Sanchez Olympic Center for more than 6,000 students in 25 technical disciplines.
Ovalles highlighted the success of the institution, including the level of satisfaction and credibility of around 94% as well as being one of the institutions that provide most of the newly qualified people for the labor market every year. He called on employers to keep contracting INFOTEP.
Labor Minister Maritza Hernandez and the president of the National Business Council (CONEP) Rafael Blanco Canto also attended the graduation ceremony.
