Minister of Industry and Commerce Jose del Castillo Savinon and Servio Tulio Castanos Guzman, executive vice president of the Foundation for Institutionalism and Justice (Finjus) have announced the signing of a cooperation agreement for foreign trade and dispute resolution between investors and the state.
The agreement will be implemented on behalf of the state by the Foreign Trade and Foreign Trade Agreement Department (Dicoex), which is responsible for the follow up of international trade agreements.
