DR is up to date in quota payments at UN

The Ministry of Foreign Relations says that the Dominican Republic recently made a payment to the United Nations and therefore retains its right to vote in general assembly and specialized commissions.

The DR had been on a list of countries excluded from voting in the 70th General Assembly.

Minister of Foreign Relations Andres Navarro made the comment to reporters at the CELAC meeting in Quito, Ecuador, which he is attending with President Danilo Medina.
