Four people, two men and two women were killed at dawn yesterday, Tuesday 2 February 2016 when the SUV in which they were travelling hit a wall of an elevated section near the Monument area in Santiago.
The bodies, which were taken to the National Institute of Forensic Pathology, have not yet been identified.
According to witnesses, the SUV was travelling at high speed when it hit the wall and burst into flames. According to reports, traffic accidents are frequent in this area, although not usually fatal.
