The Dream Project is hosting its annual fundraising event, the Cigar Country Benefit and Top Dominican Cigar event on Thursday, 14 April 2016.
That evening, Cigar Aficionado will recognize the Dominican Cigar of the Year and the Best Dominican Cigar Manufacturer. This year, Tabacalera A. Fuente and cigar Don Carlos Belicoso will receive awards.
The benefit is key to fundraising for Montessori pre-school centers to be located in barrios in Santo Domingo and La Romana, using the very successful model of the Dream Project school in Cabarete, in the province of Puerto Plata. The event is scheduled for 7-11:30pm at the JW Marriott Hotel on Av. Winston Churchill with Av. Gustavo Mejia Ricart in Santo Domingo.
Tickets are US$158.49 and US$263.49 (VIP).
The VIP ticket includes seat in cigar manufacturers’ area, ultra premium alcoholic beverages, a box of Limited Edition cigars signed by Carlos Fuente Jr., cigar tasting and other surprises. The US$150 ticket includes a Limited Edition box of cigars, tasting of the best cigars of Tabacalera A. Fuente and other brands, premium drinks, snacks and entertainment.
