The Public Electricity Corporation (CDEEE) has announced that three key tenders are pending for the electricity sector: The Madrid Accord agreements with power generators that expire this summer and the agreements for the operation and maintenance and another for supplying coal for the Punta Catalina coal-fired plant under construction by the Medina administration in the south-central province of Peravia. According to reports, the CDEEE will be publishing the terms of the tenders.
