The Ministry of Public Works, which provides highway assistance nationwide has announced that its vehicles are now being posted along national highways to offer mechanics and tire assistance services. The mobile service is free and available 24 hours a day. This means that drivers who are experiencing problems with a tire just have to stop at one of the pick-ups posted along the highway and will be given assistance with air or helped to change the tire. The mobile units are also equipped with hoses to supply water for an overheated radiator. Ambulance and security services are also provided.
