Australian business process outsourcing company Acquire BPO has expanded into the Dominican Republic with the launch of a delivery center in Santo Domingo.
The new site is located on the 19th floor of the Acropolis Tower, which also houses two embassies and several global companies, including Citibank, P&G and Scotiabank.
It is not known how many employees Acquire BPO plans to hire for the operation, but the office can accommodate 700 people. The Dominican office will provide contact center and BPO services in English and Spanish to customers from the United States.
