The Central Electoral Board (JCE) has announced it is giving political parties another day, by 6pm today, Thursday 17 March 2016 to comply with the 33% quota of women and complete their registration process. The registration needs to be made online. JCE president Roberto Rosario says that the digital platform does not allow duplicate registration and obliges the parties to meet the established quota for women.
