The Dominican Republic, with the support of the Embassy of France, is taking part in Gout de France/Good France this year. The global event celebrates French gastronomy in restaurants worldwide on 21 March 2016. More than 1,700 chefs on all five continents participate in the event.
A total of 16 Dominican restaurants were chosen:
Santo Domingo:
Celeste Latin Brasserie, Elysee, La Casita de Papi, La Cassina, La Cave del Rey, La Isla del Marisco, Lulu Tasting Bar, Paco Cabana Bistrot, Pat’e Palo European Brasserie, Travesias and L’Authentique.
Las Terrenas:
El Lugar, Hotel Atlantis and Mi Corazon
Punta Cana:
Acentos Bistro, Mediterraneo, Eden Roc
