Yesterday, Monday 21 March 2015, the PLD, PRM and PRSC parties completed their list of congressional candidates and handed them over to the Central Electoral Board (JCE) prior to the midday deadline.
After submitting the changes, PLD delegate Cesar Pina Toribio said that they had resolved four cases to be able to meet the 33% quota of women candidates. He said that problems arose with the information system that the JCE gave to the parties, which he said was reflected by complaints from several political groups when they came to register their electoral candidates.
