President Danilo Medina congratulated workers yesterday, Monday 2 May 2016, on the occasion of International Workers’ Day. Medina said that the hard work of people in the country is what makes the country grow day by day. On the campaign trail for re-election in the general election of 15 May 2016, Medina said that he would be on their side now and always. He promised to create another 400,000 jobs to improve living conditions for the people.
