Flavors of the World at Casa de Campo

Casa de Campo presents “Flavors of the World: A Gastronomic Journey” with a calendar of culinary events from May to November 2016.

Events start this weekend, 20-22 May 2016 with Michelin star chef Fernando Arellano from Spain, best known for his contemporary cuisine in Majorca. He will present two tasting dinner menus on Friday and Saturday at Beach Club by Le Cirque. On Saturday afternoon, Casa de Campo chef Anthony Masas and Chef Arellano will work together to present culinary activities for guests followed by a special brunch service on Sunday. The cost of the two dinners with Fernando Perez Arellano is US$125 per person, which includes dinner, wine pairing and non-alcoholic beverages plus taxes. Brunch is US$50 per person and includes taxes and non-alcoholic beverages.

Next on the program is the 15-17 July 2016 weekend, with Chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly, with special guests Chef Jeremy Ford from Room Matador and Chef Bradley Kilgore of Alter, showcasing Miami’s cuisine.

According to the Casa de Campo website, the program will also include events dedicated to Peru, Italy, Mexico and Portugal.
