Mayor Roberto Salcedo has congratulated David Collado, who ran for the PRM and the PRSC, for his victory after winning the National District. Salcedo said he was open to sharing his experience during the years he has been in post. Salcedo was in the post for 14 years.
In a public letter, Salcedo also congratulated the team that worked with Collado during his month-and-a-half campaign.
