AmCham educates on US anti-corruption legislation

The American Chamber of Commerce has announced it will be hosting a breakfast meeting on anti-corruption practices for individuals and companies doing business with the United States. The American Chamber of Commerce (AmchamDR) Legal Committee says the event, which will take place on 7 June 2016, will provide information on the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

The event will feature FBI panelists Supervisory Special Agent Daniel Kelly, Program Analyst Michael Won, corporate compliance expert and Squire Patton Boggs partner Rebekah Poston, and Julio Cross, vice president for compliance and governance at the Banco del Progreso.
