JCE issues bulletin 11 on 22 May 2016

On Sunday evening, 22 May 2016 the Central Electoral Board (JCE) issued Bulletin 11 with new results, but it did still not contain the completed count.

According to Bulletin 11, the JCE had counted 4,546,915 votes at the presidential level, or 97.76% of the 6,765,245 citizens registered to vote. 103,263 or 2.22% votes were annulled and 860, or 0.02%, were observed.

Bulletin 11 says that President Danilo Medina of the ruling PLD was leading with 61.76% of the vote, or 2,808,098 votes. The PRM followed with 35% from 1,591,207 votes. Next was Alianza Pais with 82,672 votes for 1.82%.

Parties with votes under 1% were:

Partido Quisqueyano Democrata Cristiano (PQDC) with 0.44% and 19,968 votes.

Fuerza Nacional Progresista (FNP) with 0.35% and 16,046 votes.

Alianza Por la Democracia (APD) with 0.34% and 15,662 votes.

Partido Revolucionario Social Democrata (PRSD), with 0.18% and Revolucionario Social Democrata (PRSD), 8,009 votes.

Partido de la Unidad Nacional (PUN) with 0.12% and 5,253 votes.
