According to the National Police, a Dominican man has been extradited from Spain for the robbery of RD$38 million during an armed raid on a Caribe Express truck in Villa Altagracia on 14 January 2014.
The deportee is 31-year old Esterlin Rikervin Vilorio, also known as El Grande, El Capitan or Gafita, who went on the run after the robbery. He was flown back from Madrid escorted by Dominican Interpol agents.
