Cinemateca Dominicana at Plaza de la Cultura in Santo Domingo presents “Eurocine 2016: Travel to Europe through its Cinema from this Thursday, 9 June to Wednesday 22 June 2016 at the Cinemateca Dominicana movie hall. The European Union says that the 10th European film festival once again brings the best of European cinema to Dominican audiences, with comedy, drama, fiction and cartoons. The festival opens with the film Victoria by German director Sebastian Schipper.
