Ministry of Tourism seeks manager for San Francisco Ruins center

The Ministry of Tourism has issued a tender to choose the architectural firm that will carry out the feasibility and management plan for the events center planned for the San Francisco Ruins in Santo Domingo’s Colonial City. The Ministry has already chosen a Spanish architectural firm to carry out the renovations, but its design was widely rejected by the architectural community in the Dominican Republic. The deadline for submitting an application for the management of the center is tomorrow, Wednesday 8 June 2016. To apply, the person must be a citizen of an Inter-American Development Bank member country, with a degree in economics, management, marketing, business or related areas, and should have at least 10 years professional experience in the field, in addition to having carried out feasibility and pre-investment plans in the past.
