A Dominican company, Cesar Iglesias S.A. recently opened its first instant Ramen-type soup factory in the country as part of its process of growth and diversification in the food product lines it offers.
During a press conference the company announced that the soup, called Sopas Kinsu, would consist of a block of pre-cooked flour noodles that are seasoned and flavored with three different options: chicken, beef and shrimp.
The factory, which will be located in the Dr. Miguel Feris Iglesias Industrial Park in San Pedro de Macoris, will be fully automated.
