Jet Blue flight cancelled due to cracked windshield

Yesterday, Tuesday 7 June 2016, more than 100 passengers were due to fly to San Juan, Puerto Rico on a JetBlue flight from Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) at 7:10 am but the flight had to be cancelled when the pilot noticed that the plane’s windshield was damaged.

According to an airport source, the 107 passengers and five crewmembers had to wait for JetBlue to provide another plane.

It appears that the pilot of Flight 2038 was taxiing to take off when he noticed the crack in the windshield and called off the flight.
