OAS secretary general Luis Almagro posted a city photo on his Twitter account to illustrate his message of thanks to the assembly’s host country. Minister of Foreign Relations Andres Navarro tweeted back the photo was the wrong one and did not correspond to Santo Domingo
A follower promptly observed that the photo looks more like Cartagena de Indias in Colombia than the Colonial City of Santo Domingo, sending back a link where it could have come from.
