Minister of Foreign Relations Andres Navarro made the most of the visit of his counterpart Rodolfo Nin Novoa of Uruguay for the 46th General Assembly of the Organization of American States underway in Santo Domingo on 13-15 June 2016 to sign a reciprocal agreement that will allow relatives of diplomatic and consular officials to carry out paid work. The foreign affairs ministers said the private meeting strengthened friendship ties for trade and cooperation on the bilateral agenda.
