Miss DR Sal GarciaStanding 6’2 tall and a professional model, 24-year old Miss Dominican Republic Rosalba Abreu García (Sal García) is one of the Latin favorites to win the Miss Universe contest. The winner will be announced at the gala on Sunday, 29 January 2017, which will be broadcast live from Manila, Philippines.
