On Saturday, 18 February 2017, bachata and bolero maestro, Victor Victor and Rafael Solano (Por Amor) will perform together at Lucia 203. The St. Valentine’s Day concert starts at 9pm at the Colonial City night spot that serves delicious Dominican food from sister restaurant Meson de Bari.
