President Danilo Medina appointed long-time Executive Branch legal advisor Cesar Pina Toribio the new Dominican ambassador to Argentina. Pina has a doctorate in law and has been an advisor to several international organizations, including United Nations entities.
Likewise, Francisco Caraballo was named ambassador to the United Nations. Caraballo has a master’s in international relations, and is a graduate of the Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
