Tahseen Sayed Khan, the new director of the World Bank for the Caribbean arrived on Wednesday, 15 March 2017, for the first time in Dominican Republic. She is meeting with Minister of Economy, Isidoro Santana and Minister of Hacienda, Donald Guerrero. Meetings have been scheduled with these officials on Thursday and Friday.
Sayed Khan will be accompanied by Alessandro Legrottaglie, World Bank representative in the DR and Guillermo Villanueva of the International Finance Corporation on the visits.
