ProConsumidor is again alerting consumers to not purchase powdered milk sold in bulk in colmados or in small supermarkets repackaged in plastic bags. ProConsumidor says it will treat the grocery store owners who attempt to sell the milk separate from its original packaging as criminals. ProConsumidor has highlighted the significant health risks of this product. Colmado owners have been notified that this is a banned product.
