The Customs Agency (DGA) announces the ban on imports of cars manufactured in 2011 or before. Vehicles that had been shipped before that date, as proven by the Bill of Lading, will be allowed to enter.
The DGA says the measure does not apply for vehicles consigned to diplomatic or consular missions and international organizations accredited in the country.
