Puerto Rican Secretary of State Luis Rivera Marin was in Santo Domingo on Friday, 25 August 2017, to meet with President Danilo Medina at the Presidential Palace. During the visit he announced a mission of Puerto Rican businessmen would visit soon to reach agreements to facilitate trade.
Also present was Minister of Foreign Relations Miguel Vargas and Minister of the Presidency Gustavo Montalvo.
