Maroon 5 at Hard Rock Punta Cana

Organizers expect that the bad weather associated with Hurricane Irma will have moved well past the island of Hispaniola by Saturday, 9 September 2017, so that the Maroon 5 concert that is scheduled at the Hard Rock Punta Cana will proceed as planned. The Grammy Award-winning American pop rock band will be playing their greatest hits and new songs from their new album “V” that debuted as No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 List.

The promoter, Saymon Diaz of SD Concerts, announced for the first time a super stage (manufactured by EuroTruss in Holland) dubbed “The Monster Roof” will be used for a concert. The stage is 30 meters above the ground and measures 42 meters wide and 20 meters deep. From the floor to the roof there are 20 meters.

“The further you are from the platform, the better the view,” says Saymon Díaz. He expects 15,000 to 18,000 persons to show up for the Maroon 5 presentation.

Tickets are RD$1,800 ground, and VIP tickets range from RD$4,000 to RD$16,000.
