From January to June 2017, Dominican cement exports have reached a record US$654.8 million. This is US$58.6 million more than those registered for the first half of 2016. The biggest buyer of Dominican cement is Haiti that purchased US$543.1 million during the first half of the year. The volume of exports for the same period was 2,089,935 metric tons.
