The city government of the National District (ADN) will be presenting a The II Gala Christmas Concert at the stage of the Plaza España in the Colonial City. Front seats are available to subscribers of the Listin Diario, the main sponsor of the concert. Other sponsors are Altice, Excel Puesto de Bolsa and Mejía Arcalá (Milex Milk). The event is set for Friday, 1 December 2017 at 8pm.
The “Maridalia Sinfónica” concert includes songs by singer Maridalia Hernández, the Molina Philarmonic Orchestra and the Koribe choir conducted by Maestro José Antonio Molina. Singer Maridalia Hernández is the general advisor of the show. Maestro Molina says that the event has already become a Dominican Christmas tradition.
The Christmas carols include international and local favorites – “Noche de Paz”, “El Tamborilero”, “Feliz Navidad” and “El Burrito Sabanero”.
