Simón Bolivar Ureña alias “El Boli”, accused of having been contracted to move the corpse of pregnant teenager Emely Peguero, has been given another eight months of preventive custody by Judge Isolina Peralta. This follows the imposing of another three months behind bars for Marlon Martinez and then his mother Marlin as well. These two are the main accused in the case, Marlon for committing the murder and Marlin for covering up for him.
