A drunken driver killed two in Altamira, Puerto Plata. Another 11 were injured after the drunken driver crashed into a group of friends that were playing domino on the roadside. One of the victims was identified as Wilson Ramon Vargas, who died after he was taken to the Hospital Cabral y Baez in Santiago. The drunken driver was arrested, it is reported.
